Flowers were delivered in the morning and the person receiving them was delighted with them. It was a beautiful selection, as advertised on the website. Flowers lasted 2 weeks, longer than expected, helped by changing the water in the vase daily. Will order again from this florist.Flowers Crazy florist are always reliable to delivery on time and their bouquet of flowers looks great and last a long time.

Ordered a bouquet of ???Jelly Bean??? online for my beautiful Mum, on Friday before Mother???s Day. They arrived early on Sunday- despite the hour change - and were quite stunning. My Mum???s received beautiful flowers before, but these were quite the most loveliest arrangement I think she???s ever seen. Am so glad I went with this vibrant display. Colours and quality of stems were brilliant and the fragrance is wonderful! Not all are out in bloom yet so she should be able to enjoy them for at least a week- if not longer. Will be buying again from Flower Crazy.

As I am in Scotland and wanted flowers for a 70th in London I had to go on trust when choosing this shop. I was not disappointed. Well happy with service received. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered on the selected delivery day, due to the florist van having an accident. As my contact details had not pulled through from the Direct2Florist system to the florist itself, they were unable to contact me until I called them to ask what had happened.. This meant that flowers did not get delivered when they should have. Not ideal.Flower Crazy themselves are a good florist, took responsibility for an error which was not theirs and put in extra flowers to apologise

What a wonderful service! I chose an arrangement from the website and was delighted to see you could add a request. I did so and the florist rang me to ask further questions> How fantastic she made suggestions and gave advice on aspects I hadn't thought of which was much appreciated as this was a special occasion and very personal. She even juggled the delivery time. The result was amazing and the recipient was impressed, over the moon and really quite moved at the beauty of the flowers and arrangement. What skill! They did not have in stock the yellow bouquet I wanted. Phoned me to ask if they could switch to red. <br/>Given it was my mums birthday and not wanting to go through the process of cancelling order accepted alternative choice of colour.. <br/>Would have preferred my first choice of colour.

Just one small point, should have an option th change choice of flowers at end of order without having to fill whole order form again. i.e Confirmation of selection at end, thats all. Very minor, doesn't take long to re-fill in, but to an indiscisive customer like me may cancel
